Exhibitor questions
To participate in bauma CHINA, you must complete and sign the application form. Based on the information provided on the form, we will check to see if your company is eligible to participate as an exhibitor. If so, we will send you a stand proposal.
The application forms are available here.
Priority deadline: February 28, 2026.
The minimum stand size is 9 sqm for indoor exhibition halls and 300 sqm for outdoor exhibition areas.
The prices are available here.
When you submit your application, it only concerns raw stand space at bauma CHINA. It automatically includes the mandatory entry in the exhibitor directory (online directory/ bauma CHINA Community), a basic entry in the show catalog as well a certain number of exhibitor passes, depending on the size of your stand. You will be invoiced separately for any additional charges incurred (e.g. stand construction, technical services, advertising materials). All invoices should be paid immediately upon receipt.
Shortly after you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation of your application together with a down-payment invoice by mail. The down-payment invoice amounts to 30 percent of the participation fee and must be paid upon receipt. You will receive a separate admission invoice for the balance, which must be paid immediately after you have received your stand proposal. All invoiced amounts on all MM Shanghai invoices that are connected to the event must be paid without deductions and free of all charges by credit transfer to the account specified on the invoices, mentioning the exhibitor’s company name and invoice number.
Exhibitors are free to have co-exhibitors at their stands. The main exhibiting company (leaser of space from the organizer) must fill out and sign the co-exhibitor application form here. Co-exhibitors are also subject to approval to exhibit. The application fee is 220 euros for each co-exhibitor admitted. The main exhibitor will be charged this fee. Additionally represented companies are not allowed at the stand.
